Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw also known by her stage name Elizabeth Alice MacGraw has been a model, actor and advocate for animal rights in the United States. Her films comprise Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus ( 1969) as well as The Getaway ( 1972). She grew up in an artistic family from New York and wanted to pursue a career in art. When she was assistant to photographers then she turned her attention to modeling and acting. She won the Golden Globe Award in 1990 because she was a promising actor. MacGraw became a global celebrity after her movie Love Story, which earned an Academy Award nomination as well as a Golden Globe. With just three releases she received the title of top female box-office debut worldwide. In 1972, her foot-prints as well as autograph was engraved on the wall of Grauman's Chinese Theater. In addition, she was a part of The Getaway Convoy Players TV Miniseries The Winds of War, and other films. Her autobiography Moving Pictures was published in 1991. MacGraw has been married three times.
